Cards show per-quiz scores, English fluency, source and age. Drag between columns to override; use the ★ to shortlist, the stage dropdown to set a decision, and the note icon to jot a note.
Edit the wording of any quiz question, answer option, intro, or written-response prompt. Changes go live for new applicants as soon as you save. The correct answer, the number of questions, and the number of options are fixed — you can only reword them.
How answers are laid out: For easy editing, the correct answer is always listed first — in the A) slot — and marked Correct. Applicants never see this order. Each quiz taker gets the answer options shuffled into a random order, so the correct answer lands in a different position for each person — it might be B) for one applicant and D) for the next. Just keep the correct answer in the first slot here; the shuffling is automatic.
Create Job Post
—
Enter a role and get a first-draft, English-only remote job ad for the Latin-American talent market — with pay converted to each country's local currency at today's rate, and the best talent cities to target. Uses the OpenRouter model configured in Integrations.
Pay is shown in USD (the recruiting hook) with a live local-currency equivalent. FX rates are fetched fresh each time — Argentina shows USD only, since the peso goes stale within days.

City targeting — city → local administrative unit
GoHighLevel Sync
—
Push completed applicants (contact + test scores) into a GHL location as contacts with custom fields. Completed assessments sync automatically; use the buttons below to set up fields or backfill existing applicants.
The token is stored server-side and never shown again (only the last 4 digits). It needs the Contacts and Custom Fields scopes in GHL.
OpenRouter — AI Scoring
—
Auto-scores each applicant's written English response for fluency (grammar, clarity, tone), and reads the recruiter notes on each candidate into a signal that nudges board ranking — both using a model of your choice via OpenRouter. Scoring runs automatically (on submit, or when a note is added); existing responses and notes can be backfilled below.
The key is stored server-side and never shown again (only the last 4 digits). The English score reflects fluency only, not the business quality of the answer — always read the response yourself. The notes signal is advisory: it re-orders the board but never rejects anyone, and the model is instructed to weigh only job-relevant observations and ignore protected characteristics. Find model IDs at openrouter.ai/models.
Google Workspace — Gmail
—
Sends notification emails (digests & new-applicant alerts) from info@logicinbound.com using a Google Cloud service account with domain-wide delegation. Once configured, each admin controls their own emails under their email menu → Notifications.
The service-account key is stored server-side and never shown again. In Google Cloud, create a service account and enable the Gmail API. In the Workspace Admin console (Security → API controls → Domain-wide delegation) authorize the account's client ID for the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send. The Send As address must be a real user/alias in your Workspace.
Discord — Applicant Digest
—
Posts the new-applicant digest to a Discord channel via an incoming webhook. Each post links back to the Board, Reporting, and every applicant. This is a shared, workspace-wide channel — separate from the per-admin email digests.
In Discord: Channel → Edit → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook, then Copy Webhook URL. The URL is stored server-side and never shown again (only its last 6 characters). Empty windows are skipped — Discord stays quiet on days with no new applicants.
LI Recruiting MCP — AI access
—
A read-only Model Context Protocol server so Claude (and other AIs — Claude Code, Cursor) can query applicants in natural language: search, rank, compare, and pipeline stats. Set a shared access key, then connect any MCP client with the endpoint + key below.
Tools: —. The key is stored server-side; only its last 4 characters are shown after saving. Anyone with the key + endpoint can read applicant data (names, emails, scores) — treat it like a password and rotate with Generate key if it leaks. Full setup + client commands in SPEC_mcp.md.
Email notifications
Choose what lands in your inbox (—). Emails are sent from info@logicinbound.com and link straight back to the dashboard.
Email sending isn't set up yet. An admin needs to configure the Google Workspace — Gmail integration (Integrations tab) before any of these emails can be delivered. You can still set your preferences below.
Digest summary
A roundup of new applicants over the period, with one-click links to the Board and Reporting tabs.
Leave empty to keep receiving the digest indefinitely. On this date the digest sends for the last time, then turns itself off.
New applicant alerts
Get an email the moment a new applicant completes the assessment (or a batch is imported). Each email links straight to that applicant, the Board, and Reporting.
